BEANEXCHANGE · WORKPLACE COFFEE
Explore specialty coffee, bean-to-cup equipment and café-style drinks for your workplace through participating suppliers.
Supplier offerings, support, equipment, purchasing terms and tasting or demonstration availability vary by supplier, location and contract. An enquiry is not a booking or a supplier offer.

A SETUP THAT WORKS FOR YOUR TEAM
Share your team size, expected use and preferred drinks. BeanExchange uses the details to look for participating supplier profiles with matching recorded coverage and capabilities.
Ask about freshly roasted beans, blends and profiles suited to the way your team drinks coffee.
Explore machine options for your volume, stations and available space, when a supplier records a suitable option.
Tell suppliers which coffees, milk choices and other hot drinks you would like to make available.
Include planned maintenance, repair or training needs so only recorded capabilities are considered for matching.
OPTIONS TO COMPARE
Depending on the supplier and your contract, options may include coffee supply, equipment purchase, rental or lease, and service arrangements. Some suppliers may be able to discuss several parts of a setup; others may cover only selected needs.
If you would like a tasting or demonstration, you can say so in the enquiry. The supplier must confirm whether it is available and on what terms.
HOW WORKPLACE MATCHING WORKS
We check every site postcode against suppliers’ recorded delivery coverage, then compare the requested drinks, equipment, capacity and support with their recorded capabilities. A supplier profile that does not fit is not sent the enquiry. If no suitable profile is recorded, no supplier is notified.
A SEPARATE WORKPLACE JOURNEY
The guided enquiry asks about your company, sites, people, drinks, equipment, budget, support and timeframe before it checks supplier fit.
