A clearer way to consider a wholesale opportunity

Understand the buyer's requirements before deciding whether to respond.

Each brief is different. Review the details, consider whether your offer fits, and choose whether to send a proposal.

The supplier challenge

Your range is ready. Finding the right buyer brief takes work.

Hospitality teams can have specific needs across beverages, equipment and ongoing support. Suppliers need a useful way to explain what they offer and decide whether an opportunity fits.

The BeanExchange approach

Make your offer easier to review.

BeanExchange brings supplier profiles and buyer enquiries together. Review relevant details when they arrive, then choose whether to send a proposal.

Relevance depends on the buyer brief and profile information available. No enquiry or sale is promised.

The commercial benefits

A more focused way to explore wholesale partnerships.

See what buyers are looking for, decide where your offer fits and choose how you want to take the conversation forward.

Review relevant buyer requirements

Explore wholesale enquiries that may fit your range, coverage and service offer. Buyer briefs help you judge whether the opportunity is relevant.

Spend less time on unproductive prospecting

Use posted requirements to focus on businesses already exploring wholesale partnerships and spend less time on broad, unproductive prospecting.

Choose which enquiries to pursue

Review each brief and decide whether to prepare a proposal or quotation. You choose whether to respond.

Compete on quality, service and expertise

Explain the quality of your offer, the service you provide and the expertise you bring to a wholesale partnership.

Make room for lasting relationships

A good fit can be the start of a long-term customer relationship; outcomes depend on the buyer and supplier.

Plan around predictable membership costs

See each monthly membership price before applying, with VAT shown separately on the plan details.
