Use the buyer enquiry form on the BeanExchange home page. The current form is set up for an office or workplace coffee brief and guides you through the business details, coffee setup, and estimate and request steps.

Question 2

What details does the form ask for?

Accepted Answer

The form asks for your business name and UK location, team size and estimated daily coffees, then details such as drinks, machines, your current setup, equipment preference, servicing needs, budget, timeframe, and a contact name and email. Expected monthly coffee volume is optional.

Question 3

What happens after I submit the form?

Accepted Answer

After a successful submission, the form confirms that your details and indicative estimate are saved and provides a private link to revisit the enquiry.

Question 4

What can I do from my private enquiry link?

Accepted Answer

Open the link to review the details saved with your enquiry.

Question 5

Does submitting an enquiry guarantee a response?

Accepted Answer

No. The form confirms that your enquiry was saved, but BeanExchange does not guarantee a supplier response or a particular outcome.
